Our Process
We invite you to express your interest in one or more of the roles depending on your interest, background, qualifications, and skills. After an initial screening and short online bias-reducing fit assessment, our recruiters will contact you for a video interview and a detailed role-specific skills assessment. Depending on the role and seniority level, this could be followed by a technical interview. Upon successfully making it through, our recruitment team will present your profile to hiring managers at our client organizations operating in the federal data space. Working with ODJ increases your chances of having your profile presented to several clients for multiple positions. As hiring managers express interest, ODJ recruiters will assist in preparing you for interviews to ensure you put your best foot forward.
